I have trained 1000s of individuals, given motivational talks and keynote speeches on an international stage. I have seen and talked extensively about human behaviour, and how people react under stress. I have seen people, and teams fail due to their inability to think clearly.

With 28 years served as a professional firefighter/paramedic and a Diploma in learning & development, an advanced diploma in mental health and an advanced diploma in in coaching. This has led to a unique, dynamic set of courses, delivered in a style to provide a longer retention of knowledge and skill sets for the client. Courses have a focus on behaviour change and contribute to a more resilience and safety conscious work culture.
