Leadership Coaching

Neuron coaching offers integrated leadership coaching to help experienced managers investigate the essence of leadership and how to steer staff toward critical corporate goals, allowing them to advance their leadership skills. I can work with you individually or in small groups. As you practice leading and experiment with your role as a leader, you will receive extensive individual feedback. Leadership coaching assists you in becoming more self-aware and understanding the various parts of your leadership, as well as challenging you to consider who you want to be as a leader and encouraging you to act. You will re-energize yourself and allow the leader in you to emerge, allowing you to influence change in your team and organisation.

High performance coaching

Behavioural change coaching

My behaviour coaching is founded on the idea that all human behaviour is learnt, and that those learned actions have established our existing patterns of behaviour, each with positive and negative consequences. We may look at constructive action plans and motivation moving forward through our coaching process, from the drawbacks of perfectionism to the growth of cognitive distortions. Positive psychology, philosophy, motivational interviewing, and goal setting are all used in behavioural coaching to help you change your actions, reactions, and behavioural patterns.

I also use my knowledge and experience to provide appropriate learning and coaching for a variety of mental health issues, as well as assist you in locating mental health treatment services if necessary.

Resilience Coaching

To begin, I will assist you in clearly defining your concerns and objectives. I will look at the resilience skills you already have, and which ones you could benefit from adding to your toolkit. You’ll have the opportunity to practice and reflect on your usage of these new abilities by providing feedback on how they’ve benefitted you. Together, we will also investigate and troubleshoot any roadblocks or setbacks you may have encountered along the process.

Resilience isn’t only about dealing with stress and adversity; it’s also about being able to learn from them, bounce back, and develop new abilities as a result. Reflection is an important part of the resilience coaching process since it improves self-awareness and change recognition. As a result, you’ll be more motivated to keep applying new skills. Self-efficacy is also aided by reflection. Learning to take control of challenging situations and realizing the benefits of doing so increases not only resilience in the present, but also confidence to face future problems.

Staff retention course

Employee retention is the organisational goal of retaining skilled individuals and reducing turnover by building a favourable work environment to boost engagement, expressing appreciation to employees, providing competitive compensation and benefits, and promoting a healthy work-life balance. I work towards developing a culture, targeted toward employee engagement in work. Developing a strategy for autonomy, relatedness, and competence. Essential for the retention of staff.
