Career & Life Coaching
Career coaching can provide you a new perspective as well as access to a variety of tools and approaches to help you assess your situation and set goals. I will serve as a sounding board for new, bold ideas. Working together will be the start of an exciting journey, since you will be experimenting a lot during your time together. The coaching focuses on your current conditions to develop action plans and goals for career advancement. Rather than wasting time on what doesn’t work, I will consider where you want to go in life and how I might help them you there. I will help and inform you in career assistance using a solution-oriented approach. In other words, I will assist you in defining, redefining, and achieving professional and other work-related objectives.
Behavioural change coaching
My behaviour coaching is founded on the idea that all human behaviour is learnt, and that those learned actions have established our existing patterns of behaviour, each with positive and negative consequences. We may look at constructive action plans and motivation moving forward through our coaching process, from the drawbacks of perfectionism to the growth of cognitive distortions. Positive psychology, philosophy, motivational interviewing, and goal setting are all used in behavioural coaching to help you change your actions, reactions, and behavioural patterns.
Resilience Coaching
Resilience isn’t only about dealing with stress and adversity; it’s also about being able to learn from them, bounce back, and develop new abilities as a result. Reflection is an important part of the resilience coaching process since it improves self-awareness and change recognition. As a result, you’ll be more motivated to keep applying new skills.
Self-efficacy is also aided by reflection. Learning to take control of challenging situations and realizing the benefits of doing so increases not only resilience in the present, but also confidence to face future problems.
Transformational coaching
Transformational coaching is the process of collaborating with someone to help them grow, develop, and ultimately “rewrite their reality” through a big shift. The core assumption of transformational coaching is that you will analyse everything that could be used to facilitate that shift. It entails a comprehensive review of your life, including cultural identity, influencers, and messaging that may be a catalyst or impediment to meaningful change. I will help and collaborate with you to handle a specific difficulty with a specific conclusion. I will h will empower you to radically reimagine your professional possibilities. They may even assist you in rewriting the parameters of your work life in the context of your entire existence.
Transitional Coaching
During transitional coaching, I will assist you in learning to cope with difficult life transitions. This does not imply that I will instruct you on how to overcome obstacles. Transformation can occur only when you understand, accept, and prepare yourself to face obstacles. This is where the coaching will assist you.
Transition Coaching assists clients in realizing their full potential and taking advantage of new opportunities.
